Delivery
StudentStore.co.uk will close for business at 12:00pm, 24th December 2024 and will re-open on the 2nd January 2025. No correspondence will be dealt with during this time.
Orders
In order that we can accommodate as many deliveries as possible in the lead up to the busy holiday period please ensure you place your orders as soon as possible before 4:00pm on the 16th December 2024. Owing to the current shortages of stock in our supply channels, some items may take longer to fulfil and may not be shipped prior to Christmas although we will do our best to prioritise those orders received prior to the 16th December 2024.
Shipment
The last shipment date for orders that can be fulfilled prior to Christmas will be Tuesday 18th December 2024. Please note all orders are subject to stock availability.
Delivery Address
We appreciate that the majority of students are returning to their home address in time for the holiday break. Please ensure you advise us of any delivery address changes in good time in order that we may accommodate them.
Courier delivery
Deliveries are made via our courier DHL. Once despatched you will receive an automated email with details on how to track your order.
Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances an order is not delivered on the specified day. If you do not receive your notebook on the
delivery date specified please let us know and we will chase the delivery with our courier on your behalf.
You will have to be at the delivery address between 07.00 & 18.00 on the delivery day stated above (unless you have selected an AM Delivery).
If you are out when the courier attempts to delivery they will leave a card and you will need to call to make further arrangements.
If we are unable to fulfil your delivery we will contact you to make you aware. Please ensure you select the correct delivery service for your delivery address as this will cause delays with your order.
