Delivery
Courier delivery
Deliveries are made via our courier DHL. Once despatched you will receive an automated email with details on how to track your order.
Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances an order is not delivered on the specified day. If you do not receive your notebook on the
delivery date specified please let us know and we will chase the delivery with our courier on your behalf.
You will have to be at the delivery address between 07.00 & 18.00 on the delivery day stated above (unless you have selected an AM Delivery).
If you are out when the courier attempts to delivery they will leave a card and you will need to call to make further arrangements.
If we are unable to fulfil your delivery we will contact you to make you aware. Please ensure you select the correct delivery service for your delivery address as this will cause delays with your order.
